Kass has 25 years of Data Center operational experience. She has managed distributed teams, led over 200+ megawatts in new Data Center design across 17 countries, and built as COO at ebay International, General Manager at HP Asia Pacific Data Center Operation, and Vice President at Global Data Center Business Operation at Sun. Her clients include Goldman Sachs and hyperscalers such as Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Walmart, John Hopkins Research, and mobility, enterprise, telecommunication and electric utility clients.  Concurrently, she worked in the Energy sector for 11 years, leading over 2+Gigawatt of Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement contracts, including NextEra Energy on Clean Energy projects to decarbonize emissions and meet Carbon Neutral goals. Her work involved Head of States and policy makers to align the Sustainability program for the Data Center industry within a global collaboration between the UN SDG programs, European Union, Data Center Dynamics (DCD), and with DTU, DDI and BBA in the Nordics Region. 

Kass is passionate on Climate Change and working with Sustainability enthusiasts. Kass has trained 200+ STEM participants to receive a certificate of completion. Kass is an Energy Fellow at Stanford University and a guest lecturer for The Urban Sustainability Design at School of Engineering. Kass has shared the Net Zero Data Center design principles at the UCLA of the Environment and Sustainability and she is an active researcher on Sustainable Materials for Carbon Free Data Center at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2020.
